Scrappin’ Busy Bees Retreats are held at the Best Western in Port St. Lucie, Fl. We offer an intimate crafting experience with the maximum of 16 attendees. Each Busy Bee gets a 6ft x 2.5ft work area with an extension cord to connect any tools. You are welcome to bring your own cords if you need extra connections. A Cricut Air is available to use… and if you’ve never used one, I will happily teach you how to use this amazing tool. The craft room opens at 9 am and closes when my last team member is ready to go to sleep (usually SUPER late at night).
All my retreats are “No Frills” which basically means… to keep the cost down we don’t do any games or prizes, just spend our time having scrapbooking fun!
All 3-day retreats are $100, and 4-day retreats are $125 regardless of the number of days you plan to attend. Attendees must be at least 16 years of age.
Water will be provided, and the hotel has coffee available in the lobby throughout the day. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and meals (there is a microwave available in the lobby). There are also vending machines at the hotel and many food options nearby, including an amazing Mexican restaurant right next door. If you are staying overnight at the hotel, breakfast is included.
A “SWAP” table is available for any gently used items you no longer want or will simply never use. Feel free to leave something or take something.
A “Garage Sale” table is provided if you are interested in selling any items. Keep in mind there are only 16 attendees at these retreats and you may not sell as many items as you wish.
Please note, if the items don’t sell, I kindly ask that you take them back home with you.
Lodging is available at the Best Western in Port St. Lucie where the retreat will be held. Attendees wishing to stay must make their own room reservations. Please see the Accommodation Tab for more information and discount for attendees.
Please understand this cancellation policy was created to protect my small business. I kindly ask that you read it entirely before purchasing a spot for one of my retreats. If something happens and you cannot attend my retreat I will gladly shift your payment to another event or issue a refund IF you cancel at least 31 days prior to the event. I will no longer be able to refund or shift your payment to another event if you cancel 30 days or less prior to the event date. I will make an exception to this policy if I can resell your seat in advance of the event. I cannot guarantee this, but I promise to refund you once I've received full payment from the new attendee. If, for some reason I cancel an event, your payment will be refunded or moved to another event at your request regardless of how close to the deadline. Thank you for your cooperation.
